Silvanus Thompson did an amazing job with explaining a possibly complicated subject with great detail and made each point crystal clear. The Little Book of Mindfulness. I’ll be honest, I didn’t solve most of the problems that was not my intention of reading the book either. He wrote mace technical books and manuals on electricity, magnetism, dynamos, and optics, as well as several popular biographies of prominent scientists.

This book was written for school kids back in and contains very simple explanations with a little bit of dry humor thrown in. Honestly, personally, i may solve only basic things from all chapters.
